The Sub-Committee has considered your application, as amended by yourself at the meeting, very carefully and has had due regard to the Licensing Act 2003, the accompanying Guidance and Regulations and the SCDC Licensing Policy.  We have heard the evidence from the Applicant, the Police, Milton Parish Council and one of the local district councillors and two of the local residents present at the hearing and considered the written submissions of additional representees including the Council’s Environmental Health Officer.
