The Committee resolved that an Order be made under Section  257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to divert part of Public Footpath No.7, Horseheath, from A-B-E to A-C-D-E, as described in Cambridgeshire County Council’s Synopsis, and shown on the plan.. The width of the diverted route would be 2 metres.  The Committee further resolved that, should it be possible to gain the landowner’s  consent to divert the footpath from the line A-B-E-G to the line A-C-DF-G without delaying a diversion order then this should be done instead.
