The
Corporate and Customer Services Portfolio Holder is responsible
for:
Corporate Services (including Corporate plan,
performance management, customer service, Information and
Communication Technology (ICT), Legal services, risk, and
procurement)
Business improvement and efficiency
Meetings are open to the public and all members of the Council
are invited to attend; Scrutiny and Overview Committee Monitors and
Opposition Spokesmenreceive specific
invitations to all meetings, but attendance is not
mandatory. Only the Portfolio Holder
has the authority to make any decisions, and only the Portfolio
Holder’s presence, or the Leader’s presence if the
Portfolio Holder is unable to attend, is required for the meeting
to be quorate.
