Environmental Health
and Services
Land
Drainage
Licensing
Living Well
Private sector
housing
Public
health
Waste and
recycling
Meetings are open to the public and all members of the Council
are invited to attend; Scrutiny and Overview Committee Monitors and
Opposition Spokesmen receive specific invitations to all meetings,
but attendance is not mandatory. Only
the Portfolio Holder has the authority to make any decisions, and
only the Portfolio Holder’s presence, or the Leader’s
presence if the Portfolio Holder is unable to attend, is required
for the meeting to be quorate.
