In Arrington:

The Hardwicke Arms Hotel - The council has refused the listing of the Green Open Space and this will be added to the list of refused Assets

5.

M11 Shelford Railway Bridge: Maintenance works

The Highways Agency will be improving parapet connections, installing new bridge joints and widening the verges at the above location over an 8 week period from Tuesday 12 January to Friday 12 March, on weeknights only, working between the hours of 8pm to 6am, subject to weather conditions.

  

The diversion routes: M11 from junction 10 to junction 11, in both directions, from Tuesday 12 January to Thursday 14 January and Monday 8 March to Wednesday 10 March, between 8pm and 6am (4 nights)

 

·         Southbound traffic will be diverted off at the M11 at junction 11 via the A10 to Royston and A505 to re-join the M11 at junction 10.

 

·         Northbound traffic will be diverted off the M11 at junction 10 via the A505 to Royston and A10 to re-join the M11 at junction 11. (Diagram 1)

 

The rest of this work we will carried out behind the safety barriers on the M11 between junction 10 and junction 11 and the carriageway will remain open. For safety reasons, hard shoulder closures will be in place as well as a temporary 40mph speed limit along the M11 carriageway between these junctions.

To view the list of planning applications that have recently been submitted to the Council, please visit the authority’s on-line Planning Application Search. 

 

The system will provide a range of information on current and decided applications since 1948, including a brief description of the development, reference number, decision and the date of decision.  More recent applications show the name and telephone number of the council officer who is dealing with the application.

 

Search results are presented in a collection of pages, the number of which depends on the number of results your search produces.  There are navigation tools to allow you to browse your results.

 

 

 

Executive Decisions Taken Since Wednesday 16 December 2020

In accordance with the Access to Information Procedure Rules in Part 4 of the Council’s Constitution, any executive decision shall be published normally within five days of being made.  That record will bear the date on which it is published and will specify that the decision will come into force, and may then be implemented, on the expiry of 5 working days after the publication of the decision, unless called in for review by the Chairman of the Scrutiny and Overview Committee or by any five other councillors.

Addendum to Greater Cambridge Statement of Community Involvement in Light of Covid-19 Restrictions

The Lead Cabinet Member for Planning agreed to adopt the Addendum to the Greater Cambridge Statement of Community Involvement.

 

This decision was first published on 16 December and so the deadline for call-in is 5pm on 23 December.

National Lockdown Business Support Policy Addendum (Local Restrictions Business Support), detailing additional support for businesses impacted by Tier 2 and 3 restrictions introduced from 2 December 2020

The Chief Executive agreed to

 

A)       Approve the National Lockdown Business Support Policy Addendum (Local Restrictions Business Support), including details of how LRSG (Closed) and LRSG (Open) grant schemes will be administered to support local businesses impacted by Tier 2 and 3 restrictions introduced from 2 December 2020

B)       Authorise the Chief Finance Office to approve future individual discretionary grants for small businesses, as set out within the policy.
