Our solutions:
1. Conversion of existing built area only of Barracks to new
settlement, completely distinct and separate from Waterbeach, but
that is accessible by means other than cars for Waterbeach
residents to access new settlement amenities, facilities and green
spaces.
2. Conversion of existing built area only of Barracks to new
settlement, including community amenities, facilities, green spaces
and infrastructure that sensitively integrates with the existing
village and enhances the village community.
