Purpose:

This report compares the actual revenue expenditure to 30th September for Health & Environmental Services with a pre-determined profiled budget covering the same period.  It is requested that the Portfolio Holder delegates responsibility to the Corporate Manager for Health and Environmental Services to ensure that current reported variances continue to be monitored and proactively managed.
