The Leader of the Council has the power to appoint three councillors to the Greater Cambridge City Deal Joint Assembly. The resignation of Peter Topping as a councillor has created a vacancy on this body.
That Councillor Heather Williams be appointed onto the Greater Cambridge City Deal Joint Assembly (replacing former Councillor Peter Topping), alongside existing members Councillors Ian Sollom and Eileen Wilson.
To ensure that South Cambridgeshire’s interests are adequately represented in respect of the Greater Cambridge City Deal.
To appoint an alternative councillor to the role.
