Purpose:
On 24th September 2021, the Grants Advisory Committee and Climate and Environment Advisory Committee reviewed all Zero Carbon Communities (ZCC) applications that were received between 10th May and 30th July 2021.
Following consideration of the applications, the Grants Advisory Committee made the following recommendations for funding to the Finance Portfolio Holder:

Reasons for the decision:
All applications were considered in detail by the Grants Advisory Committee (with the Lead Member for Finance present). The budget available is sufficient.
Alternative options considered:
To reject or vary the recommendations of the Grants Advisory Committee and make a decision regarding the level of funding (£1,000- £15,000) to be awarded for each or defer a decision if further information is required from grant applicants.
