Reasons for the decision:

The applications were considered in detail by the Grants Advisory Committee and there is sufficient budget available.

·       clarification on who will fund the Club going forwards and

·       whether the Lego equipment will be owned by the school at the end of the project and if so, could this become the property of Bar Hill Community Association instead.

As per above, the application from Hope Against Poverty (FHRZHFDR) requesting £2,000 has been deferred, pending further information on:

·       whether assurance can be provided that the conditions of the Zero Carbon Communities grant award provided in 2023 have been adhered to

·       how the Zero Carbon Communities grant awarded by SCDC, along with other grant funding sought by Hope Against Poverty for their projects, relate to this application for funding

·       whether assurance can be provided that any future letters appealing for funding highlight all organisations who have already provided them with funding

As per above, the application from Cambourne Church (QDJLVXNV) requesting £1,947 has been deferred, pending further information on:

·       whether a detailed design plan of the memorial garden can be provided showing the area that will become the wildlife garden, the area that that will become the produce garden and the exact location of the rainwater harvesting area
