Purpose:
On 27 November 2018 the Grants Advisory Committee considered the reallocation of an underspend in the ‘Fit to Learn’ Service Support Grant category in 2018/19. After discussion, it was recommended that the £4,000 underspend should be reallocated to the Community Chest.
Decision:
To accept the recommendation of the Grants Advisory Committee (see above).
Reasons for the decision:
The monies will continue to directly benefit South Cambridgeshire communities and the Community Chest is a popular fund.
Alternative options considered:
To return the underspend to the General Fund or vire the amount to another budget.
