The purpose of this decision is to adopt the Histon and Impington Village Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document following statutory consultation, consideration of representations, and amendments resulting.

The Histon and Impington Village Design Guide Draft for consultation was considered at Cabinet on 3 April 2019 and approved for consultation. Statutory consultation took place from 19 June-31 July 2019. There was subsequently a review of the draft SPD following the examiner’s comments on the Histon & Impington Village Neighbourhood Plan, to ensure that the documents were aligned prior to adoption.

Adopt the Supplementary Planning Document.

Supplementary Planning Document has been revised and requires no further amendment.

Option 1: Amend the Village Design guide SPD and submit for adoption at a later date.
