Approval contrary to the recommendation contained in the report from the Director of Development Services. Following a committee site visit, Members considered that the proposal accorded with Policy HG13 of the South Cambridgeshire Local Plan 2004 in that it had no adverse impact on the countryside, and was not out of scale with the existing dwelling.
