Decision:
The Leader has appointed Councillor Mrs Bridget Smith as the Liberal Democrat Group substitute member on the South Cambridgeshire Traffic Management Area Joint Committee.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure that the Liberal Democrat Group has a named substitute member.
