To agree the Council’s member representation on the new Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Planning and Transport Strategy Group. The Group will comprise three lead members each from South Cambridgeshire, Cambridge City and Cambridgeshire County Council. The Group will not be a decision-making body but will provide a forum for developing key planning and transport strategic issues concerning Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. All decisions will be made at relevant meetings of the three Councils.
Council RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Council, Leader, Deputy Leader and Chairman of the Scrutiny and Overview Committee be appointed to the Constitution Review Working Party for the 2011/12 Civic Year, along with the following representatives from the political groups:
