Purpose:

To agree the Council’s member representation on the new Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Planning and Transport Strategy Group. The Group will comprise three lead members each from South Cambridgeshire, Cambridge City and Cambridgeshire County Council. The Group will not be a decision-making body but will provide a forum for developing key planning and transport strategic issues concerning Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. All decisions will be made at relevant meetings of the three Councils.

(1)               That seats be allocated on the Planning Enforcement Sub-Committee in accordance with the table below:
