Council NOTED the debts written off under powers delegated to the Resources Portfolio Holder and the Chief Financial Officer as required by the Constitution.

Council NOTED the debts written off under powers delegated to the Resources Portfolio Holder and the Chief Financial Officer as required by the Constitution. Council took the opportunity to thank officers for their work in ensuring that the amounts written off represented tiny fractions of total amounts collected.
