Melbourn Neighbourhood Area Designation
The Planning Portfolio Holder AGREED to
a) The designation of a Neighbourhood Area for Melbourn as proposed by the Parish Council.
b) An amendment to the neighbourhood area addendum of the Local Development Scheme that was approved in August 2015 so that Melbourn can be added to the list of Neighbourhood Area designated within the District.
This decision was first published on Wednesday 11 May and so the deadline for call-in is Wednesday 18 May. If not called-in this decision can be implemented on Thursday 19 May.
Application to Designate the "Melbourn Neighbourhood Area"
South Cambridgeshire District Council has received an application to designate the “Melbourn Neighbourhood Area” with a view to developing a Neighbourhood Plan. Public consultation on this application begins on Wednesday 30 March 2016 for a four week period. Comments must be received by the Council no later than 5pm on Wednesday 27 April 2016.
