The minutes of the meeting held on 20 June 2007 were agreed as a correct record, subject to the inclusion of attendees. 

The Committee is requested to approve the combinations of Chairmen and Members for Sub-Committee membership for the purposes of carrying out hearings in respect of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. The list of combinations to follow.

Lists of the combinations of Chairmen and Members for Sub-Committee membership for 2007/08 for the purposes of carrying out hearings in respect of the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005 were tabled at the meeting.

Councillor A Riley requested that his name be deleted from the list of combinations in respect of the Gambling Act 2005.

The Licensing Committee (2003 Act)

AGREED        the lists of combinations of Chairmen and Members for Sub-Committee membership 2007/08 for the purposes of carrying out hearings in respect of the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005, subject to the removal of Councillor A Riley from the list referring to the Gambling Act 2005. The Licensing Act 2003 list of combinations and the revised list relating to the Gambling Act 2005 would be appended to the minutes of this meeting.
