Community Right to Bid - Assets of Community Value

In Great Chishill:

The Pheasant Public House - The council has approved the listing of The Pheasant Public House as an Asset of Community Value until 11 December 2024.

The Council will update the asset register accordingly.

Road Closures for the Week Commencing Monday 16 December Relating to the A14 Improvements pdf icon PDF 126 KB

Please find attached road closures information for the week commencing16 December, in relation to the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon improvement scheme.

 

Please be aware some of the road numbers, junction numbers and descriptions of diversion routes have changed since the new Huntingdon Southern Bypass opened on Monday.

 

The last night closure will be Thursday 19th December 2019 and works will recommence on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

To view the list of planning applications that have recently been submitted to the Council, please visit the authority’s on-line Planning Application Search. 

 

The system will provide a range of information on current and decided applications since 1948, including a brief description of the development, reference number, decision and the date of decision.  More recent applications show the name and telephone number of the council officer who is dealing with the application.

 

Search results are presented in a collection of pages, the number of which depends on the number of results your search produces.  There are navigation tools to allow you to browse your results.

 

 

 

EXECUTIVE DECISIONS TAKEN SINCE WEDNESDAY 11 DECEMBER 2019

In accordance with the Access to Information Procedure Rules in Part 4 of the Council’s Constitution, any executive decision shall be published normally within five days of being made.  That record will bear the date on which it is published and will specify that the decision will come into force, and may then be implemented, on the expiry of 5 working days after the publication of the decision, unless called in for review by the Chairman of the Scrutiny and Overview Committee or by any five other councillors.

Mobile Warden Scheme

The Lead Cabinet Member for Finance AGREED to maintain the annual grant funding to Mobile Warden Schemes for 2020/21 and begin funding for 3 consecutive years from April 2021 with an annual report at the end of each year to avoid overlap with Service Support Grant funding.

 

This decision was first published on Monday 16 December. The deadline for call-in is 5pm on Monday 23 December.

Appointment to the North Uttlesford Garden Community Local Delivery Board

The Leader AGREED to appoint Councillor Peter McDonald to the North Uttlesford Garden Community Local Delivery Board.

 

This decision was first published on Monday 11 December and so the deadline for call-in is 5pm on Monday 18 December.

Community Chest: Funding Applications

The Lead Cabinet Member for Finance agreed the recommendations made by the Grants Advisory Committee, which met on Monday 16 December.

 

Please note that this decision was published on Wednesday 18 December. Due to Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the deadline for calling in this decision is Friday 27 December at 5pm.
