Councillor Deborah Roberts declared a personal interest as a member of Fowlmere Parish Council, which had considered the application, but stated that she was today considering the matter afresh.  Councillor Roberts lived further along Long Lane and knew the applicant.  However, she had received written advice from the Monitoring Officer that, as the application site could neither be seen nor heard from her property, and as she did not socialise with the applicant, Councillor Roberts had no personal interest to declare on that basis and, therefore, could not have a prejudicial interest either.
