Minutes:

Councillor Sebastian Kindersley declared a personal interest as an elected Member of Cambridgeshire County Council, a statutory consultee for all planning applications on the agenda.  He referred especially to Minute no. 76 (S/1196/12 Harlton) because that village forms part of the Gamlingay Electoral Division that he represents.
