(Report attached) Additional documents: Decision: By five votes for (Councillors Bradnam, Garvie, Handley, Rixon, H Williams) and two votes against (Councillors Hawkins and R Williams) and one abstention (Councillor Sandford) the Committee refused the application in accordance with the officer’s recommendations.
The committee further approved that, should an appeal against the decision be lodged, authority be given to officers to negotiate and complete the Planning Obligation relating to self build required in connection with the development. |
