Apologies for Absence

Minutes:

Councillors Clare Delderfield, Peter McDonald and Pippa Heylings sent apologies for absence.

Declarations of Interest

Minutes:

Cllr Sue Ellington declared a non-pecuniary interest in the Swavesey Community Orchard project as her grandson had submitted a quote to carry out the work required. He was however, told that he would be unlikely to get the work as the quote was too expensive.

Cllr Geoff Harvey declared a pecuniary interest, in that he had been involved in the Great Abbington application and as such, would not contribute to the discussion on that item.

The committee agreed to exclude the Press and public from the meeting during consideration of this agenda item. This was in accordance with the provisions of Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act).
