Balsham - Proposed footpath extinguishment at Mays Avenue

Decision:
The Committee resolved that an order be made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to extinguish part of the Public Footpath at Mays Avenue, Balsham, as described in Cambridgeshire County Council’s Synopsis, and shown on the plan, so that the development proposed in planning application S/1699/11 could take place.
