The Committee requested that officers go back to all Parish Councils and ensure that all applications did not include VAT in their request for funding as the Parish Councils would be able to claim their VAT back from the government.

It was agreed that officers would suggest to any scheme that applied for £1,500 or less and was rejected, that they should apply to the Community Chest scheme for funding.

It was agreed that constructive feedback & appraisal would be given to those applications which were rejected.

It was agreed that officers would add a review of the schemes approved in 2019 when the criteria for when the criteria for the next round of funding was discussed.
