Minutes:
Council considered a report on political proportionality, allocation of seats on committees and other appointments. The Democratic Services Manager presented the report, which the Chair then proposed, and the Vice Chair seconded.
Councillor Heather Williams said the nomination to the Joint Local Plan Advisory Group would be Councillor Dr Richard Williams, in place of Councillor Nick Wright.
Councillor Deborah Roberts thanked the Liberal Democrat Group and Conservative Group for each giving her a place from their allocated seats on committees. She was glad to be able to play a part on the Planning and Licensing committees.
