Committee details

The Licensing (2005 Gambling Act) Sub-Committees comprise three members, with each Sub-Committee that sits being made up of a different combination based upon the total membership of the Licensing Committee (2005 Gambling Act), excluding the Chair. Each Sub-Committee sits to hear applications for premises licences under the 2005 Gambling Act where local residents, the Environmental Health Officer, the Fire Officer or the Police, or a combination of these, have made a representation against the application.
