Council RESOLVED that:
(a) From the first rent week in April 2009, rents be increased in line with the Department for Communities and Local Government’s guidelines, based on an inflationary increase of 5.5%, plus or minus a maximum of £2.00 towards the phasing in of rent restructuring; and
(b) Charges for services and facilities be increased as outlined in the table below:
