The Leader of Council has appointed himself as the reserve member.

(a) Councillor Tim Wotherspoon, Northstowe & New Communities Portfolio Holder, as one of its members on the Cambridge Fringes Joint Development Control Committee for the remainder of the 2011/12 civic year, in place of Councillor Tom Bygott; and
(b) Councillor Nick Wright, Planning and Economic Development Portfolio Holder, as the Conservative Group’s substitute member on the same body for the remainder of the 2011/12 civic year, in place of Councillor Tim Wotherspoon.
