Reasons: The size, siting, design and massing of the proposal and the inability to provide adequate landscaping along the south east boundary of the site would be detrimental to the residential amenities of adjoining occupiers in Burkett Way by reason of being overbearing and loss of outlook . The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policies DP/3 and DP/7 of the South Cambridgeshire Local Development Framework Development Control Policies DPD which seek to protect residential amenity".
