22/06/2021 - Community Chest Grants and Covid Recovery Grants ref: 11640    Recommendations Approved

On 28 May 2021 the Grants Advisory Committee reviewed all Community Chest applications and Covid Recovery Grant applications received between 15 April 2021 and the 15 May 2021, to the Community Chest funding scheme during 2020/ 2021 and 2021/2022

 

3 Community Chest Applications were brought forward in Appendix A of the meetings report pack 28 May 2021 Agenda Pack . 2 applications were approved, and 1 was deferred.  The total amount of the funding requested is £1,787.39

 

23 Covid Recovery Grant applications were brought forward in ‘Appendix A1’ of the meeting’s reports pack: 28 May 2021 Agenda Pack  the total amount of funding requested is £34,797.82

One application was refused and 22 were approved.   Of the 22 approved applications 8 were passed back for an officer decision pending further information.  The outcome of these applications has been detailed within this notice and the further information section.

 

After consideration of these applications, the Committee recommended to the Lead Cabinet Member for Finance that:
