Reason for urgency:
The review of the senior management structure was paused pending the appointment of the Chief Executive. It is now necessary to proceed with the review as expeditiously as possible in order to provide greater certainty in relation to the future shape of the Authority's senior management structure.

The Chairman of the Scrutiny and Overview Committee has been informed as required by Rule 15 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules.
