Consultees

Ward Councillors were consulted prior to the consideration of applications by the Grants Advisory Committee.

Purpose of Report: ? Cambridge Futsal Club CNDMQGMT – since the initial application the club had been able to negotiate a better deal on the costs of the hall hire from £100 to £88. However, the committee felt this cost was still quite high, and should pursue further negotiation with the university to broker a cheaper deal if possible. However, committee agreed to approve despite this ? Cambridge Art Exhibition (COAX) LJMNXJWF – committee suggested that the panels display something which highlights funding has come from SCDC. Also ensure advertising so local community groups are aware they can make us of them. ? Steeple Chasers Running & Cycling Club BCDVDGLJ – committee suggest the group go back to the PC and request a reduction on hall hire for the duathlon event. However, committee agreed to approve despite this
