• Cllr Hazel Smith - Personal - as a member of Milton Parish Council present at the meeting at which this application was discussed. She had met the applicant on a number of occasions and had received from him a guided tour around the site in question. Councillor Smith announced that she was considering the matter afresh with the information now available.
