• Cllr Hazel Smith - Personal - as a South Cambridgeshire District Council representative on the DiLO (Direct Labour Organisation) Board. As such, she attends meetings at the Waterbeach Depot. As the new building will be used by the Direct Service Organisation, not the DLO, she did not consider the interest to be prejudicial.
