• Cllr Lynda Harford - Personal - as a member of Cottenham Parish Council. Though not present at the Parish Council’s Planning Sub-Committee meeting at which this application had been considered, Councillor Harford said that she had subsequently discussed the revision with the Parish Council Chair but was now considering the matter afresh.
