• Cllr Sebastian Kindersley - Non Pecuniary - as the Cambridgeshire County Councillor in whose Electoral Division (Gamlingay) the parish of Orwell is located. Councillor Kindersley had attended the meeting of Orwell Parish Council at which this applications had been discussed, but was now considering the matter afresh.
