• Cllr John Batchelor - Non Pecuniary - as Chair of Chilford Hundred Educational Trust, responsible for the local primary school. Councillor Batchelor was considering the matter afresh.
• Cllr Tim Scott - Non Pecuniary - because of his acquaintance with a member of the family, which owns the land forming the basis of the application.
