• Cllr Eileen Wilson - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Eileen Wilson explained that she had discussed amending the Constitution with a resident, but she came to the meeting with an open mind.
• Cllr Henry Batchelor - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Henry Batchelor stated that the Constitution Review Task and Finish Group had consulted him on amendments to parts of the Constitution, due to his role as Chairman of the Employment and Staffing Committee.
