The purpose of the report is to give background information and context to the call-in following Cabinet’s decision on 15th August 2017 regarding the sale of land at Station Road in Foxton. The report is being brought before the Scrutiny and Overview Committee under Article 13: Decision making of the Constitution on the grounds of 13.02(a) proportionality, i.e the action to be taken be proportionate to the desired outcome.
