In Summary;
The options considered were rejected and approval given to proceed to develop a hybrid model of service delivery around Price Per Property (PPP). The preparatory work has been completed and initial implementation is underway for all operational aspects of the model such as co-location, call handling in the Cottenham branch and all calls being emergency or appointable only. The Supplemental Agreement that includes a Licence to Occupy the Cottenham Branch, the Secondment Agreement and the PPP Framework are nearing completion. The licence and the Secondment Agreement will go live form 3 January 2017 and the PPP will go live following training of all staff on 3 April 2017.
