Grounds Maintenance Procurement

Minutes:
The Corporate Manager, Affordable Housing reported that this had been put on the forward plan as a substantive paper had been anticipated to be presented at this meeting, but since there had been little enthusiasm for this scheme the District Council would continue to offer grounds maintenance service and no decision was required.
It was noted that a letter was being sent to the Parish Councils who participated in the surveys, and in future small parcels of land would be dealt with via officer judgement.
