2.	Declarations of Interest Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
3.	Election of Chairman of Employment Committee 2009/10 View the background to item 3. Minutes: Councillor RT Summerfield was proposed by Councillor Mrs EM Heazell and seconded by Councillor A Riley. Councillor AG Orgee was proposed by Councillor RM Matthews and seconded by Councillor SM Edwards. Both candidates left the room for the duration of the election. On a vote being taken it was RESOLVED, with three voting in favour and two against, that Councillor AG Orgee be elected Chairman of the Committee for the 2009-2010 Civic Year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman of Employment Committee 2009/10 View the background to item 2. Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor AG Orgee, seconded by Councillor SM Edwards and, there being no other nomination, RESOLVED that Councillor BR Burling be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the 2009-2010 Civic Year.
