1.	Appointment of Chair Minutes: Councillor Anna Bradnam was elected as Chair of the sub-committee.
2.	Introductions / Procedure PDF 131 KB The Chairman will introduce the members of the Sub-Committee and the officers in attendance at the meeting. A copy of the Licensing (2003 Act) Committee procedure is attached.
3.	Declarations of Interest As a Councillor, you are reminded of the requirements under the Council’s Code of Conduct to register interests and to disclose interests in a meeting. You should refer to the requirements set out in the Code of Conduct which are summarised in the notes at the end of this agenda frontsheet. Minutes: Cllr Jose Hales declared he was a local member for the coach hotel but had not visited the premises and came to the matter afresh.

PDF 222 KB APPENDIX D , item 4. PDF 242 KB Minutes: Following an event on 21^st and 22^nd August 2021 a noise abatement notice was served on the Mr Thake on 10^th September 2021. The event on 25^th/26^th June 2022 resulted in noise complaints being received both on the 26^th and subsequently. When asked if the Mr Thake recognised that his events impacted the area, he did not acknowledge the effect the events had on residential neighbours.
