On 11
February 2010, South Cambridgeshire District Council’s
Cabinet agreed to merge the South
Cambridgeshire and Cambridge City Local Strategic
Partnerships.
The
Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire Local Strategic Partnership
(LSP) provides a framework for addressing the social, economic and
environmental concerns of people in South Cambridgeshire and the
City of Cambridge through partnership working.
The
Sustainable Community Strategy sets out how partner agencies intend
meeting the aspirations local residents have for South
Cambridgeshire and the City of Cambridge.
The
strategy has four objectives:
Active healthy and inclusive
communities
Safe and clean communities
Building successful new
communities
A sustainable infrastructure and
environment
The
Leader has delegated authority to make the South Cambridgeshire
District Council appointments to the Board.
