DEFERRED

25/10/2005 - S/1588/05/F - BARTON

Approval contrary to report.  Members felt that there would be no adverse impact on the character of the Conservation Area.  Relocation of the panels to the rear of the cottage would not reduce their visual impact.  The Committee deemed it important to support such a contribution to renewable energy, subject to agreement being reached on the panels’ colour.
