Government Connect: Councillors' E-mail Options

2007: To agree necessary changes to the way councillors send and receive e-mail, ensuring compliance with Freedom of Information and Data Protection legislation and the revised Member / Officer Protocol and Code of Conduct, and addressing potential situations whereby one surname is shared by more than one member. 

 

2009: For the Portfolio Holder to agree the future practice with regard to Members’ email services, taking into consideration the implications of SCDC connectivity to the Government Connect service.
