Council has established the Policy Development Committee. The Scrutiny and Overview Committee is being consulted with on this matter before the matter is passed back to Council for approval. Officers have worked closely with the Leader of the Council, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee to develop the draft Terms of Reference. In addition, officers at St. Edmundsbury Borough Council have offered valuable support and advice.
