• Cllr John F Williams - Personal and Prejudicial - by virtue of his friendship with the occupier of 20 Abbey Street. Under paragraph 12 of the Members’ Code of Conduct, and after addressing the Committee as local Member, Councillor Williams withdrew from the Chamber, took no further part in the debate, and did not vote on either application.
